Availability & Booking

  1. Download and review the Rental Agreement Form
  2. Find your meeting day and click on that date in the calendar.
  3. Click the “Start Time” drop down menu to choose the time for your meeting.
    • Be sure to include the necessary set up time in your start time.
  1. Select the duration of your meeting.
    • Also include any necessary time for clean-up and/or load out.
  2. Enter your contact information.
  3. Verify that you have downloaded the Rental Agreement Form
  4. Send your request!

Payment

Following submission of your request, you will have the option to make a payment for your booking through PayPal. Please note that even with payment your booking will be pending until we confirm your request and receive your completed Rental Agreement Form.
